i wanted to lose fats around my body. can anyone tell me some simple exercises that i could do it at home to lose fats? especially fats on my thigh and tummy. =( btw, im a female.

Walking is a great way to lose weight, preferrably uphill. There's nothing that will sculpt your hips and thighs faster than hiking up a steep hill everyday.

If there are no hills where you live, use a treadmill with the elevation maxed out.

You really need to do weight training. Go buy a 5lb set of weights. I say its easiest just to go purchase a video for the specific body areas you want to sculp and follow through with it as part of a health diet. Make sure you do cardio 30 minutes a day in combination! It helps burn more fat.

thighs and tummy? okies...

First...put a pillow on the floor (this works best on a slick surface like hardwood, or tile)

Lay on the floor, with your forearms (wrists to elbow) on pillow.

Lift your body on your forearms (dont let your chest touch the floor)

Also have your tip toes on the floor.

step 2
Slide your feet towards your chest, while pushing ur butt in the air (your body will be in an ^ shape)

Slowly slide your feet back to starting position.

Suck in ur tummy while doing this. Trust me you will feel the burn after about 30 reps. Even if it looks silly.

you should join a gym and go to some classes, but if you insist on doing it at home leglifts, crunches, and pushups are the way to go. Running is also very good for your whole body.
