I'm not sure how familiar you are with the terminology but here are some of the things I do to blast my triceps...I usually try and do 3 sets of 15...the last 3 reps should be difficult but not impossible. If you need more explanation, email me and I can elaborate.

Skull crushers (with dumbell or straight bar)
Dips on a bench
Extensions (with medicine ball or dumbell)
Reverse curls, palms up on a straigh bar
Extensions (at the pully station, usually with the split rope)
Kick backs
Rows (not a "classic" tricep move but it's rough at the end of this rotation)

Closed Grip Bench 4 sets of 10 to 4 reps
Skull Crushers 4 sets of 10 to 5 reps
Weighted Dips 3 sets of 15 to 5 reps
do this 1-2 times per week

Make sure the last rep of the last set of each exercise is a failure rep.

u could do reverse push-ups, or lift dumb bells over your head with your arms bent at a 90 degree angle and slowly straighten your arms out straight above your head. do push-ups with somebody on your back.
