GNC's protein shakes stings? do you know any that are actually good in taste? thank you

everyone thinks that muscle milk is good, personally I think it tasted like ****, the shaker is coated with grease on the inside when you're done! They're really fatty and taste nasty! I drink a lean protein (almost no fats just protein) called Pro-Complex it's made by a company called ON. It's so good I drink it randomly every once in a while. They have two types, red tubs with 20g protein/srv. and purple ones with 63g. The red are whey proteins and the purple is whey and egg white, plus some helpful acids, and the purple is only $10 more so I would go with that. The red didn't have any flavors that sounded good but the choclate milkshake purple stuff doesn't even taste like a protein shake!

All protein shakes are created =. Theres body fortress at walmart for $15. Sams Club sells EAS. GNC has some more performance targeted ones that can become dangerous and are for more serious users. BUT, there is no specific drink that will just give you a 6 pack. You need to do core/abdominal exercises such as "ab ripper x" (found on google videos) about 3x a week. Balance that with moderate to intense cardio. You will be strengthening the core, then burning the fat. However, you can buy a protein shake to help you gain muscle mass elsewhere in your body, and to keep you full so you eat less. This may "help" you goal to your sixpack. Aim for protein in the 20grams and up per serving. Mix it with milk. I suggest buying a "shaker" bottle so you can mix it well or blend it. It tastes nasty with water and when its not blended properly.

Atkins shakes are great and Designer Whey. Most of the other ones I tried left a film on my tongue and had a bad after taste. Most were nasty just trying to get them down.

Protoplus by Holland & Barrett. Really good, plain vanilla Flavour, in chocolate too.
