I am a keralite. I am about to work in chennai. The last time I had been there I had problems with indigestion and fell sick because of the food I had to eat. It wasn't bad food I ate; I think its the change in oil - people use mustard oil for dishes, I guess. In my place people use cocunut oil. After I came back from Chennai my stomach was not fine for another week!

Well, now I am supposed to be working and living there. So how must I cope with all this? And if you suffer from indigestion, is drinking milk good or bad?

I'm 17, 5'11, and 165. Techinically I'm in the right weight range for my height but I'm still "chubby" looking. My diet is very good. Plenty of water, proteins for fish and chicken. Green vegetables and fruit. I've been doing 25 mins on an elliptical everyother day. I was really overweight but lost 50lbs on just dieting alone, last year. Should I add anything else to my routine to lose the weight? And I just got the machine so my time should increase more into the summer.

I resumed weight training after a long break a short while ago. At first, my chest muscles in particular were sore for 3 days after a workout. I still vary my workouts now, but I find that my chest muscles have recovered within 24 hours. Does this mean that my training is not really effective in developing my muscles?

My fiancee is 6'0 and weighs 128 pounds, he's 30 pounds under weight according to height-weight charts. We live in a small efficiency apartment without a kitchen so we eat at restaurants everyday. I thought that people gained more weight when they ate out alot. Not him...what can I do to put some weight on him?
