It's possible you have an eating disorder, which means you should definitely speak to your doctor about what you just wrote in your question. I knew a high school girl with similar issues and it was diagnosed as an eating disorder. She became dangerously thin. So please seek out help from your doctor.

You certainly sound like you're heading towards an eating disorder, if you're not in the first stages already. Have you tried talking to your parents about how you feel? I understand how the pressure of exams and relationships can impact your eating, as I'm the same way. When I'm stressed, food is the last thing on my mind. However, what concerned me is when you mentioned that you feel sick thinking about food, even when you don't eat it. That's a for sure first sign of a disorder. What's good is that you recognize you might have a potential disorder. The first step in getting help is realizing you may have a problem. Please go see a doctor as soon as you can. They can determine exactly what is going on, and diagnose you properly.

Try to eat something in the mornings to prime your stomach. I eat very small meals though out the day. If I don't eat in the mornings I will get a upset stomach by the middle of the day. Try to think of things that sound good to you and eat it. I hate too eat too but I have to stop and take the time to eat. Milkshakes are good when you just aren't in the mood to eat. Sweets and breads.
Nobody in my family eats and we don't calm to have a disorder. ..
As long as you aren't making yourself throw up you are doing good.
What you are doing is going hungry b/c you can't think of anything to eat. If you are real hungry and then eat it hurts your stomach so bad you feel like you have a stomach flu.
Eat in the mornings. I eat a few bites off a biscuit. Then I at lunch I'm not hungry. I grab a burger or something take a few bites and I'm off again.
Everyone don't eat big LOADS of food. Try the small meals or bites of food as I call it. Within time late in the afternoon you'll eat a little more. I wouldn't start stressing you have a disorder just yet. That will cause you to stress and create a disorder.
:)
Just eat here and there. Never let your stomach stay empty for a long time. That hurts!!!!!!!!!!!

it's possible. either ur not eating to take control of ur difficult times w/ exams and relationships, or that ur just so busy that u just don't find the need for food. this case i think it is. after you stop eating for a while and then go out and eat you start to feel sick. but not eating for a long time is very bad, even if you do feel sick when you eat. so just try to eat little by little and it will eventually become better.

You need to get up in the mornings and in a few hours eat even if it's toast. Just put something on your stomach.
If you aren't hungry when you 1st get up and are on your way out take a grilled cheese sandwich with ya so when you start to feel hungry you can take a few bites off the sandwich.
i don't think you have a disorder. to me it sounds like you aren't taking the time to eat. when i was younger i remember going thur a stage where i enjoyed being hungry. i would nibble all day. just eat small meals here and there. tea and cookies just anything to keep on your stomach. your stomach is probably hurting because you are going hungry and they when you do eat it hurts.

if you think you are fat, and you feel guilty after eating meals, then you are. if fatness and calories and stuff liek taht is ALWASY on your mind at school, home , all the time.. and it starts taking over your life...you have an eating disorders... just becaseu you dont eat alot doesnt mean that you have one. if your sick after its obviously your body or soemthign its nothign to do with an eating disorder. if you never feel hungry its not your fault which means your not anorexic. if your forcefully NOT eating then you have one but if your simply not hungry then dont consider yourself a person with an eating disorder

I thing that you do have a problem. Your loss of appetite might be a symptom of a more serious heath problem. You are starving you body and slowly killing yourself. If you can't eat food there are Products like Ensure that you can drink that will at least help replace the meals that you are missing maybe you could try that

yes, i believe you do! I have an eating disorder and so does my sister. I constantly think about food. I eat, but then I feel sick. You need to see a professional counselor! My sister is now permanently disabled because of her bulimia. It was too late for her! Don't let it be too late for you!

You could have a developing disorder. Or you could be sick. If you're really concerned, go see a doctor and get a professional opinion.
