I want to lose weight but I'm always hungry. What should I do?

Take SULFUR 30C thrice a day before meals and NUX VOMICA 30C half hour after meals ! Your eating disorder will correct itself in about a weeks time .

I am the same way. It seems I constantly have cravings and mostly at night! First I would say take a day to really pay attention when your cravings are the strongest. Here's a tip, cravings generally only last for 8-14 mins! So the next day when you feel a craving, get a timer and set it for anywhere between 8-14 mins and the craving will more than likely be gone. If you can do that, for a while you will basically break your habit of eating everytime you have a craving. Another thing would be during that 8-14 min waiting, drink some water!

Find something to occupy you, specifically your hands. When I want to lose weight I start smoking. Not that that is the best idea, but it gives me something to do with my hands. Either you have a chemical problem or you are bored. Put yourself on a strict eating schedule. Good luck!

Drink a couple glasses of water when you get the craving and eat lots of celery. Celery has negative calories. It takes more calories to digest celery then what it actually contains.

drink fizzy water. the gas makes you bloated and you feel fuller than when u drink regular water.
