I'm in the same situation, so I jog/run/hike. And do pushups. Anything that gets your heart rate up for 15-20 a day. And diet is really important at our point in the weight-loss cycle. We can't just do diet OR exercise, we have to do both.

It sounds like you just need to tone up a bit. I would recommend doing some aerobic exercise. This stimulates the heart, increases metabolism, releases endorpines and gives you an overall good feeling.

Depending on your level of comfort and past doing exercises, I would recommend starting out slowly with walking for short periods of time and gradually increasing the amount of timer per workout as you build endurance.

Cardio- like running and/ or power walking. Also, be more careful what you eat
