I have been working out just about everyday (aerobics, weight training, personal trainer, etc) and I am counting every calorie I put in my mouth good or bad (mostly good). I rarely go over 1500 calories. I am 5'5" and weight 155 lbs. I have been stuck at this weight since I turned 30. I am now 34. I vowed to myself that I would get off at least 5-10 lbs before I head back to school (I'm a teacher). So answer this question why can't I get the weight off. I have been tracking my calories since 6-2-06 and I haven't lost a pound. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i care nore about strength but i know i need bulk to add more strength...so what should i work for? i am at 13%fat so i dont need to lose any more, i just need to gain the others.

i have seen results using one and it was old, the parts were falling off and it did not have the right resistance and yeah it was probably to dangerious to use... any how i am back home and i am wounder if i should buy one. i have a free meber ship to a gym but i only have time to work out after work and there tends to be too many people there, i like to work out at 2pm when there are no people there but i wrok :( and i am a very antisocial person, i get nervouse and frusterated around a lot of people. dont ask me why caus ei dont know. any how yeah the bow fles i used was the power pro, and it worked well other than being broken...sorry its early in the morn and i am not up to typing too well right now.
