Here are some low cal foods that I love.....

Pickles! 0 calories
Cucumber Slices with Salsa
Carrots 35 calories per 3 oz (crunchy and slighly sweet)
2 Rice Cakes with Low Sugar/No Suger Jelly (100 calories)
2 oz ham or turkey, leaf of lettuce, pickles, mustard, sprouts wrapped in a low cal tortilla. (around 120 calories)
1 cup Light n Fit yogurt, 1 cup frozen fruit, 1 cup fresh fruit, 1/2 cup wheat bran, and diet citrus soda in a blender. (around 300 calories for about 6 full cups of smoothie)

These are my old standbys when I can't decided on "real" food.

fruit. there are a lot of interesting fruits from tropical places and they are all really good for you. there are interesting veggies that you may not have tried before as well. salads can have endless possibilities if you mix fruits and veggies. if you want a filling salad add some pasta like ravioli or tortellini, a few pieces will do.
something i like to make is a mix of pineapple, oranges, and carrots and a little onion, and ginger sauteed in butter. mix with cooked rice in the frying pan. yummy!!!

eat asian food - especially glas-noodles are perfect as they are made of beans and not flower and eggs. cook them with veggies and som soja sauce....mmmhhmmm loooovely!
and hardly any calories - you can eat loads of it!

i don't know if you know polenta - its an italian corn dish that is really lovely and better than pasta or rice (for the diet)

just make sure you stay away from flower (bred, noodles, bakery stuff), milkproduct (only goatchees and goat yoghurt) and red meat and sugar. takes some practise but its also fun to try new things....

if you follow these rules you'll loose weight pretty quickly and on top of it it is really healthy! and you can eat loads and don't have to starv.....

just make sure you don't eat raw fruits or veggies after 6 pm as those only rot in your belly and not do anything to you exepct of blocking your digestion

Eat things that are low in fat and sugar. You must eat loads of fruit and veg and leave out fried or sugary things such as chips, fast foods etc....try changing ur diet to wholegrain and eat fewer portion over the day rather than one big meal at night.

not strictly low-cal but eating every 3 hours boosts your metabolism and thus helps weight loss, also try not to eat straight before bed as i find it impairs sleep and can make some people put on weight.
oh and drink loads of water.
