Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
Anyone who attempts to lose weight by reducing calorie consumption experiences feelings of hunger and fatigue. Hoodia diet pills attempt to reduce those feelings, making it easier to stick to a low calorie diet and therefore lose weight. As with any weight loss plan, only people who are in good health should use hoodia diet pills and they should be used in conjunction with appropriate diet and exercise. Because thirst is suppressed as well as appetite, it is important to remember to drink plenty of water. Most experts recommend eight 8 ounce glasses per day to maintain proper hydration. Other than thirst suppression, there are no known side effects associated with hoodia diet pills and they are probably a much better choice than diet pills containing stimulants.
I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

Herbalife is virtually an overdose of nutrients, which explanations plenty of persons a few unwell signs. If you are already getting well outcome from Jenny Craig, I'd endorse sticking with that, and to spice up your fats burning quotient, get into a few mild weight coaching. Why? Because the extra muscle groups you've got, the extra energy (and fats) you burn, even at relaxation. Aerobic coaching could also be very profitable, if you do not allow your middle price run too top. A cut back, constant elevation over forty mins, three x week is ultimate (like strolling two-three miles). Hope that is helping!

you can get it almost in every store that sells pills/ supplements/ vitamins.
Hoodia comes in form of pills or liquid. I tried it, it seems to work. My appetite did decrease when I was taking it, but it jumped right back to my normal appetite every day I forgot to take it. I get frustrated because of that: I'm somewhat preoccupied with my weight and eating. So, every time I see dramatic changes in how much I eat and I get upset. I decided that I've had enough. I have not given up the idea of losing weight, but I am looking for other ways: less maintenance and no dependency.
