"You have heard the commandment,'You shall not commit adultery.' What I say to you is: anyone who looks lustfully at a woman has already committed adultery with her in his thoughts." --Jesus (Matthew 5:27-28)
"How can you utter anything good, you brood of vipers, when you are so evil? The mouth speaks whatever fills the mind." -- Jesus (Matthew 12: 34)
"Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, so you can judge what is God's will, what is good, pleasing and perfect." -- St. Paul (Romans 12:2)
"Let us live honorably as in daylight; not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual excess and LUST [emphasis added], not in quarreling and jealousy. Rather, put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the desires of the flesh." -- St. Paul (Romans 13:13-14)
"As for lewd conduct or promiscuousness or LUST [emphasis added] of any sort, let them not even be mentioned amony you; your holiness forbids this. Nor should there be any obscene, silly, or suggestive talk; all that is out of place. Instead, give thanks. Make no mistake about this: no fornicator, no unclean or lustful person -- in effect an idolater -- has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no one deceive you with worthless arguments. These are sins that bring God's wrath down on the disobedient; therefore have nothing to do with them." -- St. Paul (Ephesians 5:3-7)
"Finally, my brothers, your thoughts should be wholly directed to all that is true, all that deserves respect, al that is honest, pure, admirable, decent, virtuous, or worthy of praise." -- St. Paul (Philippians 4:8)
Somewhere in there (New Testament) it also exhorts us to "take every thought captive to Christ," but I don't remember where the verse is located.
Also, remember that lust and impure thoughts are not the same as healthy sexual attraction. The sexual drive is God given and good. But it is also powerful and we are responsible for how we use it. Having a sexual thought come to your mind is a temptation, not a sin. Entertaining it is where the sin begins.
Hope these help. Peace.

According to the concept of original sin, even existing as a person you are in a state of sin from the day you are born, whether you are dirty minded or not. Its all because Adam ate the apple in the garden of Eden and by eating it they were no longer in a state of connection with God - which is one of the definition of sin anyway:
"a vitiated state of human nature in which the self is estranged from God"

Not for God but for you. Your life too becomes dirty. It is wasted in your own sins.

If it isn't harming anyone else, to eaches own. I think we all at some point in time fantasizes about things we would normally not do.
I think God has a sense of humor.
Back to our thoughts.
