I just started my diet and I have heard alot of hype about this can anyone tell me there experinces with this diet pill?

My friend and I bike 10 miles everyday. I takes us exactly an hour and it is all on flat land. Now I am not sore from this nore does it tire me out. Is this doing my body any good? We are doing this to try to lose weight and be healthy. Should I even bother doing this? Thanks

I work out between 3 and 5 times a week for 45mins - 60mins.
Sometimes I really can't be bothered and can go a week or two without doing a single thing, and I do feel as though I am gaining weight even though I cut back on my eating. Is this in my head coz I'm feeling lazy or does it really only take 1 or 2 weeks to lose definition and out weight back on?

I'm 26 and I feel my body coming down hill.
My butt is starting to sag and my belly is getting bigger.
If I start now, will it take longer yet still have a BIG effect?
Also, since my butt is startign to sag, my hips are not looking as round as they use to, any exercises for this> I am NOT trying to lose weight. Trying to GAIN muscle and a healthy layer of fat.

I eat healthy once a day. I started this about a week ago and already lost 3 lbs. for example. Quiznos sub, chicken or turkey and salad. or a taco salad for dinner. or a small breakfast and a light lunch.

I take vitamins every day... Multivite, Magnesium, Vit C, and B12

I am looking into getting an elliptical machine and I see that some of the machines have moving parts in the front and some are in the back. Why is that? Is one better than the other?

I workout three times a week and I know a lot about health and fitness. I train many of my friends but I can't seem to get up the motivation to apply these things to myself.
