Diet pills in general can be REALLY bad for you! The best way is the old fashioned way of diet and exercise. Sorry. I know everyone likes to look for the easy way out with the least effort. But when it comes to weightloss, try to err on the healthy side! You don't want to end up with stomache or liver problems just because you wanted to lose a few pounds. And ALWAYS ask your doctor before starting ANY health-altering regimen!!

Choosing a good diet pill is a hard decision for most because there are so many out there but some really work. Ive had limited luck with TrimSpa. To slim down a little and maintain weight loss the CaffeTrim program works best. Thats what I used after other diet pills didn't work for me

I wouldn't recommend diet pills, because they are detrimental to your health.
My father is a surgeon and once he had a patient who took these diet pills. The nurse had been having trouble finding a vein in her arm to draw blood from, so my dad was called in. Turns out that the vein was nowhere to be found, and my dad had to make a deep insicion just lower than her shoulder and pick out a vein from there. This lady took the pills and apparently they had this side-effect that the veins would become very thin.
this obviously isnt good cause it increases the possibility of a blood clot, etc.

I wouldn't use a diet pill of any kind to lose weight. I think a proper diet and exercise is much safer. I don't know of any people who have successfully lost weight using a diet pill. I know a lot of peopIe who have lost weight using Weight Watchers, myself included. I highly recommend Weight Watchers. Everyone I know who joined Weight Watchers has lost 15 pounds or more. Good luck:-)

Diet Pills are geared toward gullible men and women that believe considering that they spout out all that incoherant technology it makes you shed some pounds magically. If you desire to totally waste you cash, cross forward. FYI- Anna Nicole Smith endorses them considering that they pay her MILLIONS to mention it was once their product and now not a well vitamin and excercise that made her shed some pounds.
