When I look in the mirror I like the toned hour glass figure I see. I know the only way I can keep that is by eating healthy and exercising.

So....self image.

because I dont want do be part of the high obesity percentage of america, and it took me 1 year to lose 50 pounds, so if that means running 3-6 miles a day and say farewell to fast food, so be it :)

Knowing that I will die young and leave my loved ones behind!

nothing. when i die i will turn to mush whether i am fat or skinny so i feel that i should eat what makes me happy. i only eat relatively healthy just to stay healthy and be able to stay active.
