The lightest trainers weigh around 300grms the heaviest over 1 kg. So there is a weight variance. But just note, whatever or however you choose to weigh yourself make sure it is consistent. So if you choose to wear your shoes and weigh yourself always wear them when you weigh yourself herein.

No, you will still weigh the same with or without your shoes on. If you were obviously overweight before you took your shoes off, you will still be overweight after you take them off... the scale may show a few less pounds, but that is about it.

YES!!! depending on what type of shoe it is, it can make the difference of 2-3 pounds. Clothes can weigh a lot too...i didn't realize how much they affected the scale till i weighed myself naked one time...i thought i had lost five pounds! The most accurate way to weigh yourself is in your birthday suit!

yes. shoes have mass and therefore weight. Removing your shoes will lighten your overall weight reading. This is especially good to remember when you are weighing in for a competitive sport such as wrestling or crew.

I think it depends on what kind of shoes you are wearing. Some shoes are heavier than others. But it doesn't make much of a difference really.

If you always weigh yourself with your shoes on, you should continue to do so. If you weigh yourself without them do that. Consistency is the only thing that matters.
