My friend and I bike 10 miles everyday. I takes us exactly an hour and it is all on flat land. Now I am not sore from this nore does it tire me out. Is this doing my body any good? We are doing this to try to lose weight and be healthy. Should I even bother doing this? Thanks

OK try eating salad 6 times a day for 3 months u can cut in between if u desire for hire calories or energy needed.

do 40 min walk on tried mill 3 speed 5 incline and do 20 min bike see the results i tried it works.

That is such a great workout! You should drink lots of water while you are doing it though. And eat a lot of healthy food too. But keep that up!
