One word: cardio.
At your own pace, as often as you can. Maybe take a lunch break, but on some music and go for it.
1. It will relax you and rejuvenate you.
2. It will make you feel better about yourself.
3. It will burn calories.

And ask yourself... is anything "easy" ever really worth it?

Get in there and go. You can do it!!
(i know, i just started!)

Moon has the right idea. Sounds like you need to reevaluate your image of yourself...you don't need to look like a skeleton to be a beautiful girl. Change your hair a little, lose the clothes you don't really like, please don't let the work stress get to you and lay off the diet pills. All they do is give you a buzz for a few hours, then when they wear off you are more tired than ever. Are you really overweight, or do you just need to tone the tummy a little? Try a brisk walk for half an hour or so at some point during the day or evening every day for a month, see if it starts to make a difference. That should help your energy level as well, and help you cope with the stress. Maybe, if you don't want to go anywhere to work out, you could try renting a yoga video from the video store and if you like it, buy one of your own. Good luck, Z.

Well it depends on how overweight you are. The first place you gain weight is the basically the last place you lose weight. So if you're fairly overweight in general and need to lose a good portion of weight... your stomach will be the last place to lose the weight.

Really exercise is the best way if you want to be healthy. I recommend breaking your workout routine up. That's what I do. I do 3 sets of 15 min a day workouts. You don't have to do it all at once if you don't have the time, but you should exercise. Cardiovascular exercise like riding an exercise bike, jump roping, or even dancing will get your heart pumping the way it should and help you lose the weight you need to lose.

Get off the diet pills, find time during your day to do something that will make you sweat for about 20 minutes. Do some crunches when you wake up.

As far as easily, there is not much other than watching what you eat. If you aren't burning off the calories you put in, you won't lose wieght.

I work during the day, go to college at night, I make the time to work out.

I believe the best way to lose weight is only through exercise and appropriate diet. Obvious every one knows that. The only thing that takes is motivation, motivation and motivation. This is particular for loosing weight in stomach. Abdominal exercise does not work, only through burning calories do.

Can you work in some sort of exercise around your work schedule. Some ideas would be biking to work, having an exercise equipment such as treadmill, stairstep or stationary bike at work. Eat in small portion so you won't be hungry and also to have energy to exercise. Bring some banana/power bar and eat them when leaving work so you'll have energy to go to the gym.

Why do you "need" to lose weight? Look at Opra and Queen Latifa they are beautiful women who happen to be larger than Twiggy. I don't think you need to lose any weight. I think you should throw out your scale. You need to purge your closet of all the clothes that don't fit you anymore and make you feel guilty and bad about yourself. Then you need to assess your wardrobe and purchase some new clothes that make you look and feel beautiful. Update your hairstyle and makeup techniques. And don't make working out hard work. What do you like to do? Did you used to do some kind of sport or take walks or even a simple hobby like scrapbooking that your stressful job doesn't allow you to do anymore? I think the real issue is the stress in your life. Is your job really worth the stress? Believe me it isn't. What is it that will make you happy? Don't worry about the weight in your stomach, worry about the weight on your shoulders instead.

Hi,
This might help u out,
i
Once u come back from work, wash ur face, hands and feet nicely. Get fresh. change ur cloths and wear something clean tat relexes u nicely. Something like loose shirt and a sweat pant or shorts should work fine. After that go for running or playing sometype of sports by which u produce lots of sweat. U can also work out but try to concentrate more on ur stomoch and other regions that u feel like should get thin.

obvious one is, eat green vegies and eat minimum amount of sugar and fatty foods.

Hope this helps!

BEEN there done that...... And no it does not work... It may also be that you have been eating too late. If you can eat no later than 5pm, and try to eat healthy stuff... Even if you don't have time to cook, buy stuff for fresh salads and cook chicken breast ahead of time and use it in your salads... Eat breakfast all the time...... And get as much rest as possible.. As hard as it sounds add in at least 30 min of exercise three times a week.....

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). Only one piece of fruit a day and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. No caffeine
