sounds like you have an eating disorder.
slow down.
unless you are about to die from obseity, there is NO rush. you may be self concious and that is okay but it doesnt happen overnight.
a healthy diet and exercise is the best way.
if you skip meals your body will just be weak. so dont try it.
i was an aneorexic for a long time. it sucks. all your hair falls out. you get dizzy and tired. dont try it.
bulemia causes acid burns in your trachea(throat) dont try it.
if you overkill the excercise all you get is injured.
dont try it. then it takes longer to get back to where you were which is square one.
talk to your nutritionist.
they can help you best.
dont take a pill those have serious side effects.
take your time. you have your whole life ahead of you.

eat fresh fruit and vegtables, stay away from red meat, drink alot of water. exercise daily for at least an hour a day. There is no safe way to lose it fast. you did'nt get fat in a week so you wont lose it in a week.

Try doing more "push backs". Push back from the table. But seriously, you should look at what you eat, when you eat, and even ask yourself "why" you eat. Do you eat because you need to, want to, or have to? We all need to, some of us have to, because we may have to eat with some medications, but there are some people that just want to eat, simply because food is there, and it just calls our name. The safest way to go is the good old fashioned way... watch what you eat and exercise.

cardio no less than 30min. three times a week
this will raise your metab.
eat high protien meals-chicken-turkey-tuna
take daily vitamin this is the best way to flush fat from your system fat cells cling to vitamins in your body.
