Instead of asking how much should a teenager weigh, ask what should a healthy teenager eat?
Stay away from saturated fats and sugars. Drink plenty of water , no soda or caffeine. No more than 2,000 calories a day. Always have breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 snacks.
Eat at least 2 portions of vegetables and fruits. Brand and fiber and protein.
If any teenager eat healthy, the body will be healthy and look healthy.
