Everyone develops at their own pace, there is no need for "your cuz" to be worried. Some develop early, others pretty late, in time she will go through the changes that all women experience. And some people are just more flat-chested than others, me being one of them! It really isn't that bad and if it really bothers her, she can invest in some padded bras!

I am 70 1/2 yrs old. I did not start my periods until I was 15.
I have never had big boobs. I believe it is a hereditary thing.
My mother had big boobs and my sister has fairly normal boobs as I have. NOt too small or too big.
I was also very athletic when I was young. Some say that has a lot to do with. But, I am inclined to mark it up to heredity.
In a couple more years you should be about as large as you will ever be,( unless you have a boob job done).
Good luck, just wait.

No, I has small boobs intill i was 16. I know women today who are just as flat chested now as when they were 10. It really depends on your body, your mom may have large boobs but you may get small. No one women is going to be the same as the other.

Girls mature at different ages. The fact that she doesn't have her period means that she is still maturing. Her breasts will probably grow larger. Tell her not to worry. But in any case, the size of a woman's breasts aren't that important in the long run.

my aunt is 40 something and wears sizeA bras, nothing is wrong with her. She had children and was able to breast feed them, no biggy. PS, some people dont have their period until high school. And when they do it will only last a couple of days, then be another year before it "flows" again...if she's really concerned, she should see a doctor.

I suspect your cuz is perfectly normal. I dodn't start to grow boobs until I was 15. The fact that her friends are developing earlier than her means absolutely nothing. Tell her to chill. It will happen.

No some girls just bloom later, thats all. Tell her not to worry so much about her body. Don't be a clone of all the other teenage girls out there who only care about their bodies and being trashy. Tell her to respect herself. In the long run she'll thank you for it.

Some girls develop slower than others. It's perfectly normal for your cousin to be smaller than other girls. She may "blossom" in the next couple of years, or she could be like that the rest of her life.
