Pretty simple, get on a 1200 - 1500 calorie diet. Watch your sodium (salts), and fats, keep them low. Couple this with a calorie burn of approximately 300-400 calories a day and you're set! I recommend you do something fun like swimming if you like it or water aerobics, since it's hot outside! If you want this to happen even faster drink lots of water throughout the day, not all at once, that's not healthy. If you need a snack, try frozen yogurt or those new 100 calorie packs, if you want something sweet. You should make sure you eat at the very least 3 meals a day, or your metabolism will suffer and you will not lose weight. Don't forget to eat breakfast! This is the meal that kick starts your metabolism for the day. Also, get plenty of rest your body burns calories as you sleep, and you lose weight better on a rested body. Good Luck!

It will depend on how so much you weigh. If you've gotten plenty of weight to free then it's feasible to free 10 kilos in 30 days but when you're small then perhaps no longer. If you're consuming healthful meals and exercise that is well. You don't have a time line on it you will have to attempt to lose it in a healthful method even supposing it takes a little bit bit longer than you desire. Don't starve your self or use laxatives this may increasingly handiest dehydrate you. Drink plenty of water ( a minimum of eight glasses) Be healthful and do not appear on the scales always as your weight will range in the course of the month.

4 - 6 pounds a month is considered healthy.
The first 10 comes off easy, so it shouldn't be a problem.
10 lbs. the first month is healthy.
Low carbs, high protein, a calorie deficit, and at-least an hour of cardio each day.
The goal is to create a calorie deficit (spend more energy than you store)
caffeine increases heart rate, and does increase the benefits of weight loss.
Water flushes your system, and tells your body that it doesn't need to store water because you are supplying it enough, this reduces water weight.
Take your three meals a day and divide them into six small meals this keeps your metabolism fired up!

This Diet must be followed EXACTLY in order to lose the 10 pounds in 3 days. Do not vary or substitute any of the foods. Salt and pepper may be used. No other seasonings. If no quantity is given, then there are no restrictions. Before you start this (or any diet) you should consult your doctor. Remember to drink PLENTY of water and use caution. eat small meal portions. even if that means 5 meals in the day. walk during your lunch break and after work. there isnt a need for an intense workout...but steady cardio to maintain a high metabolism level. watch what you eat..but don't starve yourself or when and what you do eat will be stored away by your body..because you are in "starvation mode".
eat right. small portions. brisk walks.
