I am17, and i am about to get ceramic braces. i just want to hear some of your stories, like how long did you have yours on?? or are you happy with your results??

I think its due to change of water only,Because my mother don't eat pan or any such thing.Before she go to Bengal it was ok but when she came from there after a year it is so.Please guide me as soon as possible.

my boyfriend's teeth a bit yellow. he like drinking coffee, smoke sometime. And he took the anti-biotic for flu when he was child its damage the teeth. Any suggestion to brighten his teeth again ?But not prefer the chemical stuff.

Old chest x-ray used to provide 15 Rems of radiation. The human body can tolerate only 50 Rems in a lifetime. Anything over causes later cancer. I have been blasted with x-rays already for a back operation, by physicians and chiropractors. I believe I have reached beyond my limit. Any input would be appreciated...icor15@verizon.net

Yesterday, I went to the dentist and I was going to have a tooth removed, so I was given about 2 or 3 shots of Novacaine (but it didn't numb me), so we couldn't removed the tooth yesterday. I have an infection in the tooth and it killed any numbing the Novacaine would've done. Now, the left side of my neck (same side as the tooth is) has been hurting me for the past hour i'd say. Why???

I finally had a Dentist that said I have always been haveing an allergic reaction to Toothpaste. I have always had this problem, dentist just assumed I was describeing gingervitis or something.

One of the things that happens is all the skin in my mouth and on my lips start stripping away. If I try to go to bed after brushing my teeth I some times wake up chokeing on it (not the time I am supposed to wake up but because my body wakes me up).

So anyone have any brands or sub brands they can recommend?

I looked at Children and "Baby" toothpaste at a store that had them and they had MORE fluride

i went to a dentist last week and she injected my muth 7 times and my ace ent numb but not my gum
she could not gie me any more anesthetic she said i have had the meximum amount.

why could she not make my gum numb

i have used crest white stips before and they worked pretty well without any sensitvity. I also once had my teeth whitened professionally and had a allergic reaction that was pretty bad. i dont want that happening again and be worse.
But seeing different articles i see there is also gosmile..which is supposed to be really good. Anyone have comments comparing the two? or has used gosmile before?

I had 1000 mg of tylenol and had a swig of beer (on accident) I heard that it can be bad for long term drinkers but I don't drink that much. Also, 3-4 hours before the tylenol I had taken 2 advil. Do I need to go to the hospital?

It's just one tooth that hurts (my left eye tooth). It hurts in the same way that all my teeth hurt when my braces were adjusted when I was a kid. I don't think my bite has changed in the last two days (which is how long I've had the pain). Why could this be happening?

If it still hurts on Thursday or Friday, I'll make a dentist appointment, but I'd like to know what's going on if anyone has any ideas.

I just got braces on my upper and lower teeth yesterday. It has been so painful and I cannot touch my teeth nor chew on anything. I had some Jamba Juice but still not full, what can I eat?

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, all of them were soft tissue empacted. The surgery was quick but I had to have somewhere between 6 and 10 shots. Is it normal for my cheeks to be swollen around where the needles were inserted? It has been 3 days now, and the swelling on the bottom stitches is scaring me. Is it normal for swelling to peak at 3 days? Also, I am having a most bizarre sensation on the outside of my right cheek and all the way up to my ear. My skin is sensitive and painful to touch, and although I've been swishing with salt water twice a day and brushing, I am worried that I have an infection in the wound. Would an infection smell pretty bad? What other signs could I look out for?

I tried all mouth wash they didnt work for long time plus i dont smoke i just eat spicy foods should i reclean my mouth from clinic? any other advise i will be thankful.
