I think its due to change of water only,Because my mother don't eat pan or any such thing.Before she go to Bengal it was ok but when she came from there after a year it is so.Please guide me as soon as possible.

go to the dentist, you can also try baking soda instead of tooth paste.

Perhaps she can scrape it off. For that she'll need a little dental mirror plus another regular mirror to see the dental mirror with. They sell tools just to scrape your teeth with. I scraped brown stuff off the inside of my front teeth with a dental mirror and a large sewing needle. You have to really scrape; don't be too gentle.

Sounds like she didn't take care of her teeth when she was over there and has cavities and she needs to go to the dentist to have them filled.

brush well.both inside and outside.use goggle.u can also use toothpicks.
