it will be sore after the Novocaine wears off. just make sure youve got some gooooood pain killers. dont put it off it... will screw up your jaw if they are growing in wrong

It doesn't really matter which wisdom tooth you get pulled...it HURTS!! At least for me...but its true that everyone is differeny. Depending on the size of the tooth, if its exposed or still in the gums...etc.
As for me... i only have 1 wisdom and it was my bottom right. It was logged in there so they had to cut all the way down to my jaw bone to break it apart and get it out. The whole lower right side of my face was swollen and bruised for 2 weeks, and i couldnt eat everything was so swollen and sore.
Pain killers (which they will give you) will help... but for the first few painful days...drink lots of fluids and soup. And take it easy and rest!
Pulling wisdom teeth can be painful! But like i said everyone varies depending on the tooth and their pain tolerance. Hope all goes well and good luck! God bless!

I had suffered for a about a year from all four of my wisom teeth. I finally gave in and had them removed, trust me it does hurt. It will continue to be sore for a few days after. But it was well worth any pain I had endured.

it didnt for me, but im sure its different for everyone...i have always been told the wisdome teeth are the most painful...but i havent that that much problems with them...its just the some of the other teeth ive had problems with....if your taking antibotics, before you have it extracted, that should take out any infection.....i think you'll be ok...and good luck, if they dont offer ask for pain meds for afterwards, because it will be sore for a few days

tooth exctraction does not hurt that much if dentist is really skilled and his local anesthesia is properly administered.

why remove them i still have mine and no i havent had any problems.
