I had 1000 mg of tylenol and had a swig of beer (on accident) I heard that it can be bad for long term drinkers but I don't drink that much. Also, 3-4 hours before the tylenol I had taken 2 advil. Do I need to go to the hospital?

I have a massive tooth ache and was not thinking clearly. I had taken 2 advil and after 4 hours taken 2 tylenol. I was angry at a room mate for drinking one of my beers (I don't drink that often and was saving it). After taking a swig of my last one, I realized I had taken pain killers. Do I need to seek medical attention?

No, one swig won't matter. The enzyme that breaks down the tylenol in your liver (P450) is inhibited by the beer which leaves an excess of the drug in your liver which will basically eat away. The max amount of tylenol per day is 3000 mg. So one drink of beer won't make hardly a bit of difference. Also, advil has a different drug in it, so you should be ok.

That is a heck of a lot of tylenols. As for the beer, did that happen because you forgot you just took tylenol? I am confused just by reading your question but you must be more confused because you are drunk.
Your poor liver.
Did you have a headache? You never even mentioned why you drank those medicines.
Sure do something , as you might have taken more and dont remember the right number of pills. Please talk to your doctor on the phone or check in at the hospital.

While in college I called a pharmacist one weekend to find out what the effect of drinking would be on the pain medication I was taking (Motrin). He said that the danger of drinking with that medication (and, I assume, others as well) was that alcohol would cause more of the drug to enter my system and make it easier to overdose. However, a single swig of beer probably wouldn't make a big enough difference to cause major damage. I wouldn't worry about it.

Tyenol has been known to now be responsible for liver failure, and liqour also has the same affect. I don't think that you will have any major problems but you might want to not mix the two EVER again, and try using oral gel for your tooth , as they do make specific gels to put in the mouth for tooth aches that numb the nerves. Don't get into a habit for your own health of taking tyenol alot

No, but I would not drink any more beer until late tomorrow. If anything, you may have killed the effect of the tylenol and advil. Do not take any more of the medicine until tomorrow either.

No, you'll be fine.
However, I think there's a more serious issue here:
How on earth can you take two tylenol and "accidentally" drink beer to wash it down?
What are you taking it for? What did you take the Advil for?
Taking this stuff nonchalantly and mixing anything with alcohol is not a good sign. Please be careful after this.

You do not need to go to the hospital. However, you should not drive or perform any similar tasks for a bit. You need to give yourself time to sober up from all those meds.
I am curious, though, why were you taking so many pain relievers?
