there are several teeth whitening kits out there now. Almost all of them work the same, basically a peroxide gel that you let sit on your teeth and then brush off. After several days, you should notice a difference. HOWEVER...... when i was a teenager, I because obsessed with white teeth and was over using the gels. My teeth were VERY white and beautiful. This only lasted about a year. After that my teeth became so weak and they break off if I eat anything hard, like chips, or crunchy candy. Not so pretty now, but very costly to fix. Please use these products carefully, I do not want you to have to go through what I went through. Good luck....and remember.... your smile is beautiful no matter what color it is!

I have used crest white strips... they were okay but didn't last very long!

About two months ago I used TresWhite by Opalescence. It is about $10 for a 4 pack and about $50 for a large pack, 12. While that is more money than some would want to spend I would highly recommend it! Go to the websites below and check it out! My teeth are still white as can be!

There are a TON of things on the market to help whiten your teeth including toothpastes, stipts, mouth washes. I have had a lot of patients that like the Listerine whitening mouth wash. Its better than the stipts because the stipts can leave strips on your teeth becaus they don't stick well to the groves of your teeth. So my recommendation is a tooth past like Colgate total whitening and the Listerine whitening mouth wash

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

My dentist said most things are too abrasive or will damage tooth enamel. He recommended dipping my tooth brush in listerine & brush after you brush with tooth paste do a few times a day for a few minutes and then rinse w/ listoren. IT REALLY HELPS, takes some time and has to be done on a regualer basis but gets rid of stubburn stain safely
