You can get strong teeth by taking care of them. Maintain a good oral hygiene and watch your nutrition. Eating the right stuff will make sure your body gets the vitamins and other nutrients it needs. For example vitamin D works on the calcium and phosphorus metabolism, aids bone growth and integrity and promotes strong teeth.

"Here are some essential guidelines to building and maintaining healthy bones and teeth:

1. Regularly eat healthy foods that are naturally rich in magnesium.
2. Regularly eat healthy foods that are naturally rich in calcium.
3. Ensure adequate blood levels of vitamin D through healthy sun exposure (whenever possible) and regular intake of healthy foods that are rich in vitamin D. An optimal blood level of vitamin D is needed for your body to efficiently absorb and use calcium.
4. Regularly engage in weight-bearing activities. Walking, climbing stairs instead of using an elevator or escalator, and playing virtually any land sports are all excellent choices.
5. Take any steps that are necessary to get high quality rest every night. It's during deep, restful sleep that your body produces significant amounts of erythropoietin, growth hormone, and testosterone, three hormones that are directly or indirectly essential to building and maintaining the cells that make up your bones and teeth."

Ask your dentist to write you a prescription for prevident 500, it's a fluoride toothpaste that will strengthen your teeth. My husband had many small cavities and this wonderful dentist, instead of starting drilling, he prescribed him prevident. Not long afterwords his teeth had strengthened, healed up and prevented further decay. Most dentists would rather see your teeth decay than to prescribe you that toothpaste, so INSIST !
Other than that calcium is the best, I don't drink milk because it makes me break out, so instead I take "Coral calcium" tablets, they're supposed to be the best since the body really absorbs it.
