A lot of people have had their teeth damaged by that exact thing...

You can brighten a bit with whitening tooth paste and/or baking soda

The best thing is overcoming the fear of the dentist...There are a lot of really awesome dentists out there that can take care of the teeth whitening in one visit...

And are really gentle, by the way...

Look to see if you have one of those "Gentle Dental" practices in your area...

Use a mixture of baking soda and salt. You can either just wet the toothbrush with water, or you can put a small amount of toothpaste on the brush, then dip it into the baking soda and salt mixture and brush as usual.

This will help to lighten some of the staining with continued use, but his teeth will not change back to completely white once antibiotics have caused damage. It actually changes the chemical components of your tooth enamel.

I worked in an oral surgeons office after college, and watched many people struggle with this type of staining. You can also rinse your mouth a few times per week with peroxide, this will also brighten and cleanse. Do not swallow any of these items, just spit them out like you would toothpaste and mouthwash. Brushing and flossing at least twice per day will help. Have a good day.

"Reach and Act Restore Mouthwash, Enamel Repare Toothpaste, and Baking Soda" can really help! The mouthwash helps to whiten teeth. The toothpaste can help the stains. The Baking soda also can remove stains!
