You can go to a dentist to get your teeth cleaned and whitened. You can also use over the counter stuff like Crest White Strips. They really work, but take 14 days to complete. Use teeth whitening mouth wash and baking soda as toothpaste.

the health way is brush your teeth 3 times a day after eating and dont drink tea or coffee cuz nicotine is bad for teeth... then use mouth rinse.

take baking soda and mix lemon juice in it with some salt clean your teeth with it using ur finger
