My friend has a very high metabolism. Some people think she's anorexic but she's not. She feels really bad about herself and I'd like to help her. So, I was wondering if there are any ways to lower her metabolism. Thanks.

i have not had a solid "dump" now for about 2 weeks. i know its not normal, as my body usually is. i dont have a upset stomach and pepto does nothing to help. do i need to be checked out and should i be worried about this? THIS IS A REAL QUESTION, NOT TRYING TO BE FUNNY SO DONT REPORT ME!!

My skin gets these really dry patches (rashes) all over my body like 7-9 months a year and I don't know why. They itch and bump up, even when I only scratch a little bit. I have to apply lotion several times a day to try and soothe myself, but it doesn't really help much. I try to use unscented lotions and creams as well. This has been going on since I was 14 years old and now I'm 22. Can you give me some tips on how to at least increase the outbreaks by like 20 or 30 percent? I'd really appreciate this.

i already went the er and am on meds but the pain is unberable do i need to use hot r cold on my swollen cheek ive been using cold but i think it might be slowin down the drainage help pain also the swelling is going down but it swelled up under my eye while i was asleep is that normal

I am serious about this question. Is your pee soposed to be yellow or clear? becuASe I heard that if it is clear that means that you are hydrated but if it isn't than you aren't.

I have a friend who has bipolar that is out of control. She calls and calls. I can't help her. She keeps me awake nights. I am worn out today,because she kept me up all half the night.I heard that it is possiable to have someone's phone number blocked from calling. How is this done?I really neede help here. I want to be understand and be a friend to her but she isn't thinking about me when she keeps callin all night long.I just don't know what else to do.

Okay, I have been taking Klonopin for short term anxiety for ten days. Two days were .25 in morning and .25 at night, the remaining 8 days were just .25 a night. I no longer want to take the klonopin and my short term crisis is over. last night I took .125 (half of .25 tablet) and had insomnia all night. I called doctor today and he said it would be fine to just stop it and not take anymore. All day I have had a headache I can not get rid of and some chest pain. Is that from the Klonopin withdrawal? I am really nervous. Should I just stop abruptly like my doctor said or did I need to taper? This chest pain and headache is scaring me. Please help....

Can a groin pull cause pain in the testilces? I don't think I have a hernia as I don't have any lumps or swelling, but it hurts when I press down on my pubic hair region (close to where your leg connects). It also hurts when I walk and lift objects and gets worse as the day goes on. I will see a doctor after the holidays, but for now, I would apreciate any advise.

I usally have bm regularly but now I am having problem with bm because it been going on over a week that I couldn't go to bathroom but only very small amount come out. I do feel build up inside of me and now I eat that cause me to have stomach cramp. I did went to doctor but she only gave me fiber power to drink and I did take it but it made it worse. I do take a lot fiber beause i eat a lot of fruit and vegatable and plently of water and excercise but now this is first time it happen to me. I did drank prune juice that make me go dirreara but nothing else come out but very little but mostly water dirreara. What other things should I do to make me go bathroom. Should I take ex laxitive but I am afriad to take it because it heard that it bad for you. But what should i do? do you think something block inside of me beause it been going on for a year that my stool is so small or sometime runny stool but never solid firm, i even stop eating fiber for a while but it continue do that.

I have sores that started about 5 days ago. It started as just sorness in my vaginal area, and itching and 2 days ago turned to blisters. I have only had one sex partner my whole life, my husband, and he has only been with me. He has no STDs and neither do I. I am thinking it could be BV. I have no health insurance. Could I call a doctor to call in a prescription for me. The blisters are starting to open and have pus and yellowish discharge. Also thick white discharge. It hurts to go to the bathroom. What shoudl ido? No doctors offices open until tuesday. Emergency room too expensive. If I call a doctor tuesday will they give me a perscription?

mine are my eyes (they're light green, with lots of yellow in them), my eyebrows (they're super long, from my nose bridge to the outer corner of my eyes) and my skin is really thin so you can see the most prominent veins (forearms, shoulders, chest, under my eyes...)
