Hey, I am a teenager and I am 5'5 and 132 pounds. My new year's resolution is to lose 10 pounds! I want to be around 122 or less. I don't care how long it takes. I have limited resores and I can't use any of the drugs for slimming weight! I want to satrt as soon as this new year begins. I am athetic. I play basketball every day of the week in school on the team for 2 hours, and gymnastics for 3 days a week for 2 hours. I look fine with clothing, but i would love to lose some belly fat and leg fat. I want to loom good and feel healthy. But I have to do it the old style way, with eating right and exursize. Please tell me how i need to do it, and successed. At this age looks are important and I want to look good in shorts and a short shirt or a bathing suit!

PS: making me a healkhy food choices and exursize program (pretty much got that covered) lit will definitly help!

ed with "dumpster diving". She doesn't like him bringing home 95% gargage and storing the other 5% at her home, but she continues to allow him to do so because she reaps any goodies he does get. How can I help her see that she is a co-dependant in not leaving him? They never do anything or go anywhere together. He doesn't work; at least not a job that provides a paycheck. He dumpster dives to support his habit. He disappears for days at a time while she stays at home waiting for him. He has become less affectionate with her- more moody and loses his temper quickly. She wants to help him quit his drug habit but has gotten nowhere in the last two years. I'd love to see her smile and laugh more often. Can anyone help me help her? Jinxy53

okay, so lately i have started to get the feeligns that if i stretch atall or too much, that i will crack my ribs (i hate that it makes me cringe:() or even worse, break them? please tell me what you think honeslty, and dont make fun of me. im just curious,am i paranoid?

does not hurt constantly, only when bumped or when i try to rest my head in my hand or bend it certain ways. presently i am not able to put that hand on my hip because the way it stretches the wrist hurts too bad!!! i do not recall ever injuring my wrist- no accident, fall, etc... very confusing. the area is hot and has slight swelling.

Ok so here's the deal about me. I'm on medicine for depression and for the most part things are going well. As of this past summer I am a born again Christian and I believe it's one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. However, there is a problem that are keeping me from living the life I want to and I could use some advice.
I'm a social drinker and every time I do it I hate myself for it....I feel like a failure and a hypocrite because I say I don't agree with drinking and the people who do it but then I end up doing it myself....I don't know what to do about it anymore...plus, tonight is New Years Eve and both of my potential plans involve people who will be drinking...I don't want to sit at home tonight, but I really want to stop drinking and actually mean it this time.

I am 29 weeks pregnant, (25 years old) a couple of weeks ago, while checking my breast for lumps, I pressed a little bit and an oily, transparent substance came out. After a week I tried a gain and the same thing happened, its not a lot maybe a drop or two, it has no smell, no color, its kind of oily, and its only on one breast... could this be colostrum? Im a little worried there might be something wrong ..Ill ask the doctor on my next appointment, but until then, I would like some opinions please...

my girl;friend always feel nauseated and she wants to know why this is happening1it all started after she ate at a buffet and felt really sick and ever since then (a month ago) she has practically no appetite..shes not pregnant (we made sure:) but what could it possibly be because she eats but can only eat a limited amount of food and she goes over that amount by the slightest bit she starts getting naseous plz help me tell me wht it could be!!1

Okay, it started late Thursday night i started to feel a little bit itchy, that night i woke up with small bumps all over my arms.. Just my arms.. That thursday i was cleaning out one of my cats ears, who we think may have ear mites!!! ( not sure) But at the same time i get weekly allergy shots, and becuase they were closed on monday cuz of christmas, i wasn't able to go, and i miss it that monday.. but i did get one on firiday and i ask the allerist about the bites, and she said it has nothing to do with allegies.. These are very small bumps, only i can notice them, but they itch at night really bad.. any ideas???i know you can catch mites from animals, but it goes away cuz they can't survive on humans, so i believe i will give it till tuesda if it does not clear up, then i will go to the doctor!!

one day i noticed a little dry patch of skin on the palm of my hand. now it seems to be growing into a callus like thing and it itches a bit and when i scratch it, its kinda sore. i noticed that it seems to be spreading there are 3 on one hand and another is growing on the other. it also seems only to be the creases of my palms. i plan on seeing a dermatologist but that will have to wait, seeing that its new year eve and all...can anyone help?

I am super clumsy. I spang my ankle all the time and it seems to always be the right ankle. I heard on tv some ppl are clumse cause of something that has to do with there inner ear, is this true? also if i sprang the same ankle over and over again does it get weaker and will easily get hurt? My right ankle has been sprained so many times it seems to be permanently swollen! Could ther be something else wrong? I really try to watch where im going and how im walking, i wouldnt even dare to walk in heels. OMG i can just imagine what would happen!!!
