I can concure with PrincessPlum. I live in Maryland and awoke New Year's Eve aching all over and experienced what she answered. I slept off and on all day and when I finally awoke New Year's Day at 9am ish, I was 98% better. My friends had the same thing and remained weak for 2-3 days after it "broke".
