i'm 5foot 11 and i weight 155pounds and i dont want to become to skinny i dont want to lose the good stuff

it seems too that i have unswallowed food in my throat, i feel vomiting too especially in the morning or afternoon. sometimes i feel that my neck is tight and thick and that it is difficult & painful to turn it on sides. this has been almost for 2months. i"ve been to the ENT doctor and prescribed omeprazole & claricoft, i'm using it for 2weeks almost but seems no improvement...

any other suggestions for cure, medication, or treatment or alternative medicines please?..

hands and feet swollen all day...no pain med in the world works..of course IV MEDS do but who wants to spend all day in ER for a couple hours of relief...already saw neuro, ortho personal physican....had cat scan of only kidney left waiting for results pain scale is 30 on ten. have to be picked up out of bed, walked down stairs..take 20mg of hydro and 15 of valium...takes over a hour to kick in..knees and calves hurt....been going through pure dog poo 4 , 5 yrs now with surgeries etc.im only 39..family is suffering...hubby on antidepressents..most of the time right hand is numb....always doing hot baths, ice , stretches..do have fibro..none of the meds used for it don't work..can't drive, can't work, cannot do house work....oh bah hum bug..thank the angels for the kids to keep me going....all drs make at least 3 figures i make none..why do i have to diagnose my self...nasty comment from a ER nurse..oh what r they bringing us (rude) WAS CRYING IN PAIN TURNING HER BUTT IN. PLEASE HELP.

reasoning this skin dryenes it cames to the hair loss, i send him to the pediatrician,he said it will start regenerating, but it need time.He prescribe me som creams but no results from that cure. I started treating with KETOKONAZOLE.

Do you have any IDEA regarding this issue.

I was recently diagnosed with migraines. The doctor put me on Migquin for the pain. (He does not have me on a preventative yet.) As they warned me, it makes me really drowsy.

The weird part is: If I take it at night, I go to bed like I normally do. But, when the drowsy effect wears off, I wake up and cannot get back to sleep--even if I was naturally ready to sleep before taking the pills!

This has happened twice now. I only got 1 hour of sleep tonight because of this phenomenon.

Is this a normal reaction?

I'm 41 and have worn contacgs for astigmatism and near-sightedness since the age of 11. About a year ago, I began having difficulty seeing up close with my contacts on. It is getting worse and worse - to the point that I can't enjoy reading a newspaper, book, and have the computer set at 150% zoom. I cannot wear glasses due to some scar tissue behind both ears from previous surgeries.

My question - as I am "only" 41, I fear that the "old-age-can't-see-the-menu" syndrome is just beginning and that if I pay for lasik now, my eyes will continue to change and I'll end up doing it again in a few years. I don't trust what a doctor (who wants money NOW) would answer.

Anyone had this experience?

I'm 17 years old and my first wisdom has almost completly erupted from my gums. It looks fine and all, but instead of coming out straight, it looks like the tooth has been turned. Should I have it removed or what? Thank you for your help.

My friend recommended this diet for me: he said u dont need to eat anything only drink milk orange juice and water.. he said he was on it for a week and lost 12lbs, he did a some running aswell. Im on my third day and im realy not so motivated to run, yesterday after i got home from my jogging i was feeling dizzy and seeing things in black and white but i didnt faint or throw up or nething like that, i also noticed im more pale and when i stand up i see littlecolourful stars everywhere. I mean am I doing anything wrong?

Im suffering form the flue almost every 3 weeks. The slightest temp change or when i walk past anyone with a sniff i can be sure to be down the next day with a sore throught headache. The moment i start going to the gym, i get sick aswell. Please help

My daughter is 12. She plays soccer. When she gets into the game she makes two or three sprints and then can't catch her breath. She is very slim and plays a lot of sports, but she gets "winded" much more quickly than other players. She is naturally energetic. She has had this problem for as long as I can remember. She is a very skilled soccer player in all of the technical aspects of the game, but it looks like her conditioning is very low.

I'm certain that other players on her soccer team are not getting that much more exercise overall. Is her lung capacity lower? She's only 12 so we haven't done any fitness "training" other than regular soccer practice.

Is it simply a matter of getting her to run sprints or do interval training. I'm certain that this would take the fun out of the game, but she's at the point where she knows that her one true weakness is her fitness capacity. Something is definitely different in her physiological makeup. Trying to figure out what it is.

Instead of starting my pack on a Sunday like i normally do i started on a Thursday, so I took too pills everyday to catch up. I then forget to take it for almost a week. So again I took to pills everyday for about a week to catch up to the last week of pills. I have four left and forget to take one yesterday and today So i threw them out. Is this bad? what can happen, and what should I do
