I love sushi and have eaten it for years but recently came across and article that said you could get worms like tape or round because they are only killed once the raw fish is cooked or frozen at below 6 degrees. Is there a way to self medicate so as to prevent this from happening or God forbid kill them if you are already infected?????

I cant seem to be getting good sleep... yesterday i woke up at 6am to go walking and had only gotten about 3 hrs of sleep. This morning i was lucky to even catch 20 minutes of sleep.. im about to go for my morning walk.. is this bad? Should i get sleep first or does it even matter? How much sleep should i be getting anyways??? Im 20yrs old.....

I've got a strange eye disease.I feel in my eyes something just like a thread. It also moves similar to thread. It moves with the movement of my eyeball. If I look at right these threads moves to right quickly. If I look at left they will quickly move to left. Depending upon how quick I move my eyeball, they will move corrospondingly... Please help me. What is that! I'm very anxious.

I enjoy running but i keep getting a bad back afterwards, at the base of my spine area(small of back). I even stopped running for two months and have now started again but it appears the problem is coming back. I wear good comfortable running shoes, run on good surface, and dont say anything about doctor i tried that and he looked at me as if i was lying. Any ideas of what could cause this and how i can heal it?

I am 27,female and I am a sufferer of acne from years.Lately,I have more and more breakouts,pus pimples and I am worried a lot.I took Azithromicin,from yesterday I am taking Doxicicline..Locally I am applying Zynerit,which contains erythromicin and there's no change..Please,give me serious and mature advice..What I can do,when I am already disappointed from the dermatologist I used to frequented..Thanks!

I have a large birthmark on my shoulder the size of 2 ten ps and it is really dark brown in colour.I never where strappy tops coz im so scared of what ppl say and when ppl are looking at me i feel that there looking at my birthmark coz they can see it in the corner of their eye when talking to me.I went to a dermatologist to get it lightened but he said it is in an awquad place and i could get keloud scars(i think thats what there called).Would dermablend cover this as the birthmark is so dark?

There is this 52 year old woman that we call 'Crazy Terry' who walks around our small town in summer in a bathing suit all the time and picks cans out of the garbage. Last week my friends and i were partying and they dared me to have sex with her under a bridge for $30. The condom broke on her and i didnt notice for about 10 minutes. I have quite severe IBS and this causes agrophobia, anxiety and panic attacks. I have tried altering my diet and using medication but none of them have much effect. This condition is ruining my life and making me very depressed.
I would like to try acupuncture but am abit scared and nervous. Does anyone know if acupuncture is an effective treatment for IBS and is it worth taking the chance?
