why does soap stick to my skin I rinse throughly but doesnt come off I have stuble can this be it?

Use a different soap.

It depends on the "softness" of the water in your area.
If you have very "soft" water it will cling to your skin like sh*t to a blanket but if you have "hard" water it will be very difficult to work up a lather - it's to do with the surface tension of the water I think.
The good thing is your soap will last longer 'cos you need much less than someone in a "hard" water area.

Try using liquid soup or shower/bath gel, its so much cleaner, more hygienic and rinses off coarse hair more easily.
