my nephew is turning 16 july the 18th his dad( my brother) and his step mom are haveing him a party at the city pool.. i know this dont sound right but i want to lok good at it i homeschool and some guys my age will be there from the high school football team and i want to show off a lil well at least get noticed in a good way..
i am 5'5" i weigh 172 lbs jean size 12 and shirt size med. i have a lil belly and i wanna know a way i can work it off before the party. also a good bdaypresent for my nephew lol 2 birds wiht one stone aint bad lol

My mom scheduled a physical for me tommorow. I'm fine with that, but it's a male doctor. There's no way to change it. At physical they check my whole body, I know it will be awkward with a male doing it. How can I make it leass awkward?

i have been on effexor for 3 months but i was recently diagnosed with bipolar w/mania. i have been taking 1200 mg of lithium for 9 days now. when will this help. the doc says this is the best medicine for me. does it take a few weeks for me to feel a complete change. i just want to be back to me!
