I was raised on a farm, and when I wasn't out in the pastures, I was barefoot. So I have extremely calloused feet. In fact, everything but the inside arch is calloused.

For the past few months, I have been noticing that everytime I take a shower or bath, I can't just wash my feet with soap and water. I actually have to take one of those scrubbing pads for your back or something, and scrub the dead skin cells off. And if I don't do this, once a week, my feet will get so bad that the skin literally peels right off the calloused parts. It looks and acts (in the way it peels) like a sunburn.

What is this, and is it treatable? It really grosses me out, and I always hide my feet because people ask me what happened to them...(they're just calloused, people!)

I see my root canal dentist on Monday but it is no fun waiting. Pain is only at night. Laying down makes things much worst but sittling up is tolerable. Ambesol is of minimal help. Location of pain is under tooth that has had 2 root canals so far (1 about 10 years ago and the other 5 months ago).

Now this is something I didn't really know what to look for. Does the type of person, meaning anything about the person, weather it be physical, mental, personality, even religion (no offense meant) reflect the type of drug abused in a person that abuses drugs?

Personally ever since I became clean and started attending NA, of my own choice, I've been wondering about that. I am and always was a very depressed person my entire life, seems to be the case that I pefer stimulants WAY over sensitives, such as extacy, meth, weed, ect.
