This is a very touchy subject. I'm not saying I agree with you though.

It's the woman's choice, if you choose not to do it, great! But people have no right to tell others what to do with their body. What if it was killing the mother, like an ectopic pregnancy? That doesn't give the mother the right to abort the pregnancy?

Just because someone chooses to abort the pregnancy doesn't mean their children are lower than animals either.

I think people (especially girls) should be educated more about methods to prevent pregnancy, like birth control pills, implants, diaphams, etc. The guy might wear the condom, but it is ultimately the girls responsibility to be more careful about becoming pregnant.

Sorry, I disagree. In cases of rape or incest it should be a choice. 1) A woman that has been raped has already suffered enough without carrying around an obvious reminder of the experience. 2) In a lot of cases of rape, STDs are transmitted. Why should an infant be have to be brought into this world only to suffer? They could wind up slowly suffering instead. Is that any more humane?

I do not think women should have abortions for any other reasons. Adoptions should be considered in a case when a child is just not wanted since there are many people that want children & cannot have them. But most people adopting are wanting healthy children---this is what there is a lack of. Too many children with health problems or disorders are already lost in the system.

It is easy to judge since you have never been in the position to make that decision. As I said, I do not think that woman should have abortions unless it is in cases of rape or incest. But I do know woman that have had abortions & the majority of them did agonize over the decision & most regret doing it, They suffered afterward knowing that they have killed an innocent child.

I do not feel you particularly desire to understand however are inquiring for others to consider you believing they're indoctrinated. They crisis with what the clever persons see for your query is, is you're gambling the sufferer. The dems are so robust, correct? Why is it the republicans do not anything besides spend an big period of time in this website online all day. Have you spotted that there are approximately 20 republicans on right here for each and every two dems? What are you all doing in this website online if you're so worried approximately what the children are finding out in college. You can cross end up a instructor. There is so a lot more that dems are doing for this nation. We have been very laid again whilst Clinton used to be in workplace. We found out such a lot approximately no longer being so lax. There is a rumor in this website online that someone who does not cross together with your troll is a man or woman who will get blocked by means of you. So Y/a is aware of how insecure you're. So I can assume you're no longer going to take the mission to get to paintings. Become a instructor or give up complaining approximately the ones which might be, they labored to get in which they're. Most republicans take a seat round, develop a intestine, say dems are lazy even as they're those who don't seem to be operating tough.

I dont agree with u ...when u have an abortion it doesnt mean u kill a kid .....I am sure there is not alot of people who have abortion with no reason.....and i think its better if u care ab alive people not just a thing has no life....and just call that a murder....but what if u dont abort it and let it comes to the world and then u cant protect that little baby and let him/her grow up in safe place ..which one is a murder ...abortion or keep a baby in poor, bad situation and many other things that let us abort it....
i hope u change ur view ab this....abortion is good if the alive one know she cant protect the baby as a good way(not a perfect) in future and dont destroy some other life in future...
.
.
as what u wrote there ab rape and the baby who cant breath an u wanna keep him alive and think the abprtion is wrong?!?!?!?! i think u r not mature enough...or u have a wrong thought ab the religion in this special case...that kid will born cuz somehting of rape and u put it in some center to grow up and some one at least adapt that kid(if he is lucky)what do u think?will that kid be happy in his life?

Abortion is wrong. I would never have one, but I symphathize with rape victims who get pregnant. No it is not the baby's fault, but is is not the mom's either. Why should she have to raise this child when all it could bring back is bad memories. Would you treat this child well, or would you take out your anger on it?

Yes, I know that you could give it up for adoption, but have you any idea how many kids never get adopted, pushed out on the street at 18 and are forced to fend for themselves? Do you know overcrowded the system is already? For the people who think adoption is the key, how many kids have you adopted? You see the funny thing about adoption is that you have to have people willing to adopt the kids others don't want. Adoption is your "answer" but it causes more problems that it solves.

One more thing, the animal and children analogy is not a good one. You are suggesting that it is legal to kill kids. Is it? Can I kill a kid in the grocery store because he was getting on my nerves screaming over candy? Unfortunately not :( In a medical environment it is perfectly legal to kill a dog and a fetus.
Outside in the regular world I can't beat either one to death.

As I said, I don't believe in abortion - But it refuse to force my opinion on someone else. We each have to do what allows us to sleep at night, because at the end of the day I have to look myself in the mirror, not you.

I've had an abortion before. I was raped in 99 and got pregnant. People don't know what it's like to carry a baby as a result of rape. The depression is bad enough, adding a baby to the picture makes it worse. It wasn't something I wanted to do, but something suggested by my doc because the depression was bad I attempted suicide. Carrying a baby to full term as a result of rape is extremely hard. I couldn't do it. I used to be pro-life, but this changed my mind. I disagree with people who use it as a form of birth control, but in cases of molestation or rape I think the woman has every right to terminate the pregnancy. Rape does take it's toll on you psychologically as it is, and being pregnant is a constant reminder of what happened. It would've been impossible for me to get over what happened had I had the baby. I'd never do it again though. I got pregnant out of wedlock, and still kept the baby after the father left me, and have another son from my husband. So never would I have another one. But people don't think about the babies that are born from situations like this. If they're left with the mother, they're gonna know they're a result of rape, and if put up for adoption, later on in life they're gonna want to know who their real parents are, and do the research to find them. They'll find out then which could even more traumatizing. You seem like you're saying women who have abortions just don't care, but that's not true. It's on my mind everyday, and I do wonder what could've been, and how things might've worked out. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make. I do regret it, but if I had to go back and do it again, I would.

Any reasonably healthy human has the ability to make a baby.

No human has the right to create a baby that will suffer because of the incompetence of it's parents.

I would prefer that sexually active people use contraceptives or put the baby up for adoption if it happens.

However I have met girls and woman who are pregnant and abandoned by their boyfriends and families. They can't take care of themselves, never mind a baby. Their lives will be ruined if they go to term.

In South Africa before abortion was legalized these woman were desperate enough to go to back street abortionists and tens of thousands died each year from botched abortions.

It is the mother's choice on what to do depending on her circumstances. I personally would never consider abortion, but I support the the right of people to choose. I don't consider a fetus a human before the end of the first trimester.

I personally would never have one myself, unless in extreme circumstances (like pregnancy as a result of rape) but i do believe it is the womans choice. How dare people think they can dictate what a woman can do to her body. Another thing that makes me laugh, is how guys on here are saying its murder - easy for them, they can impregnate a girl and piss off, leaving her to pick up the pieces.

I believe that abortion is a person's choice although I wouldn't get one. I do think that partial birth abortions are downright MURDER!!! But you are right...People are more concerned about animal rights than humans.
I am going to be hated for this one, but if you are on welfare you should not continue to have kids until you are able to take care of the ones you have. I think we should spay/neuter people until they become more responsible. I am tired of paying for you...Get a job!

I wouldn't have put it into those terms, but I agree with the basis of your position. I would prefer that unwanted children are put up for adoption. There are many people wishing to adopt that end up going overseas to places like China to adopt due to a shortage of babies to adopt here.
