i'm sitting all night apart from going out for a smoke.

yes they would but you should only use under the supervision of a medical provider. try elevating your feet whenever possible, especially when travelling for an extended period of time. also, limit sodium intake and become knowledgeable of foods that contain a high amount of sodium

I'd go to the doctors about that....it might be something serious. Don't worry about the cure until you've isolated the problem.

they may if you have a water retention problem but check tight items like socks they can cut off circulation if tops are too tight also put your feet up raised abode your bottom whenever possible

You might be dehydrated, or lacking salt, that can cause your feet to swell.

Having said that I'd speak to your Dr, there might be something else causing it.

you car'nt just decide to take water pills ,well you shouldnt not without seeing your GP somthing to do with you heart so go to the doc's.

It might help you might have inflammatory in them and need a doctor to give you a rx, that what I had to do..
