I am 13 yrs old, 5'2 and 98 pounds. Everbody says I'm skinny but what they don't see is that I have some fatty body parts that needs to be worked on (eg. waistline; used to be 24 inches; now 27). For short, I have gained weight.
I do exercise 6 times a week (pilates & cardio), 60-120 hours per session. I just wanted to ask how often should I exercise with my case for faster results.
