my husband isn't attracted to me no more coz of my wieght, ma mates say i look fine but i think otherwise... i hardly eat and i exercise and dont drink soda either, how can i loose ma weight ...i was on infertility treatments for a year and since then i gained weight.

For your sex and height, your ideal weight is 135 pounds but the ideal weight range is 127 pounds to 159 pounds. So you see you are just one pound over the range so you are hardly overweight.

Your weight does not just depend on exercise and diet. They are very important and other factors such as genetics, medical conditions, hormones and drugs come into play as well as your mental state. Some medical conditions are related to infertility such as hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary syndrome etc. I think you need to have a chat with your doctor if you want to do something about your weight although as I have shown above, you don't really have a weight problem yet.

I agree with your mates that you look fine. Is your husband backing off because of your weight or because there are no kids? I think you need to have a good chat and thrash that out. He is supposed to stick by you through thick and thin and so far as you are not doing anything to wreck the marriage, he has no excuse for his behaviour.

Also remember that true beauty is not just your looks. People will be attracted to you because of your character, how warm you are, how friendly you are etc.

Lastly, don't let anyone put you down. You may have gained weight but you are not overweight.

I'm Sorry but your husband is an a%@. He should love you no matter what you look like. Just because the scale says you weigh 160 doesn't make you fat. If you have muscle it does weigh more than fat.

I'm 5'6" and weigh 180 but no-one believes me when I tell them that I weigh that much. I have a little pug belly, but it is nothing my husband or I think is nasty.

I also when through infertility treatments and it does a number on your body and emotions. If you want to lose weight do it for yourself. Drink a lot of water, eat smaller portions, and don't stop eating because your body will store fat to feed its self and that is what you are trying to get away from. Try to eat 5-6 times a day just smaller portions.

One last thing, maybe it's your husband that's the insecure one. A lot of times men take their insecurities out on the women.

You are totally fine. I too am 5'7 and 160 lbs. I watch my diet and exercise regularly, like 5 days a week. I wear a size 8 pants. If you're concerned with your weight, exercise more and watch that diet. Also, if you hardly eat, your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto whatever you do eat since it doesn't know when you'll feed it again. So starving yourself won't work. Be sensible in your diet, move around more, and lift weights. It will make such a difference in the way you look. For every pound of muscle you gain, your body burns an extra 100 calories per day.
As for your husband, he'd better be glad he's not MY husband. He needs his a** kicked and HARD.

i'm your height(5'9 precisely) and weigh 148. I purely had slightly one a pair of months in the past yet did no longer earnings a lot. I do think of the peak facilitates by some potential! LOL. besides, I pass over being one hundred thirty. i'm hoping to be so lower back. I actually have a narrow build. i think of a tones 137 could be severe high quality, too. i do unlike how my outfits in high quality condition while i'm any heavier than a hundred thirty five without being toned.

first of all, has your husband told you this? b/c if so, that's just wrong, and he should be put in his place!! secondly, eating less may actually cause weight gain, bc if you get so hungry you may binge on unhealthy junk, or consume too many carbs for yourbody to use. try small meals of healthy stuff, like 5 mini meals, or 3balanced meals with simple snacks like yogurt or string cheese, fruits or veggies. water is better than juice, bc it really isnt much different than soda as far as empty calories go. oh, and i read somewhere that cardio workouts benefit tummy shrinkage more so than other types of exercise. if your weight is seriously a problem, or endagerment for your health, you can see a doctor for help. otherwise, tell your lame-o hubby to get a grip

5'7" and 160lbs is not fat For heavens sake, don't stop eating , that slows tour metabolism down, and you won't lose weight safely. Your husband needs to love you what ever you look like
. Think about this, would you still love him if he lost his arm in an accident?

you are not fat. but if you drop to 125 you'll notice how better every thing look on you. set a long term goal. don't expect to lose the weight in 2 months because it will never happen. and LOSE THE SCALE FOR AT LEAST NEXT 9 MONTHS.

Hey girl you are not fat. Your husband just needs to get over the fact that you have gained some weight. I have gained quite a bit of weight since i got married and my husband loves me and wants me just as much as when i was as skinny as can be. You should feel comfortable with yourself and if anyone else has something to say than tell them to piss off.

f your husband leave his as s, hes has made you self-conscious of yourself. your not that over weigh and just think if you did get pregnant maybe this is an eye opener for you, everthing in life happens for a reason. if you really want to lose weight you need to eat more like 7 times a day just small meals, and work out 3 times a day, but do it for yourself

No, your not that fat,don't let your husband keep putting things in you head.After a while your going to keep thinking that your fat.Listen to your friends,your fine.If you want to loose weight, there's options,first stay away from carbs.stay away from calories and empty calories.Have your thyroid checked, that's our main goal.
