I am a cosmetologist and I can 100 % say this :
Coloring your hair will not cause it to fall out. However, if you over process it or do it too often, it will dry your hair out and split the ends. Just be sure to follow the directions exactly or, better yet, have it professionally done and you shouldn't have any problems. Products today -- both at home and in the salon -- are gentle enough not to weaken hair. In fact, some contain extra conditioners that may leave hair more manageable than before. Although it's not necessary, "it can't hurt to consult a professional stylist the first time you do anything permanent to your hair or scalp. The basic rules of hair dyeing are always staying within your coloring group, preferably dyeing hair no more than three shades from your natural color. Also, try and avoid excessive chemicals. "Permanent waves that add body can ultimately weaken the hair shaft. While getting hair relaxed can weaken hair, it can also facilitate length in people with kinky hair since it will be less likely to break when it is combed. Also, she says, hair thins with age, so chemicals used should be weaker then those used during one's younger years.

i think it depends on what kind of hair you have to begin with. it never did anything to my hair except change the color but my friend has baby fine hair and her texture changed. her hair feels like straw now. i'm not sure about hair loss but i would imagine it's possible but i bet the odds are way up there. people have been using hair color products for a long, long time and if there was a major problem with hair loss we (the public) would know. good luck. i'm sure it'll be fine.

in the experience that your coloration is fading out that speedy, you're probably using a semi everlasting coloration or demi everlasting coloration. you may attempt what's talked approximately as everlasting coloration, which wont fade yet will improve out alongside with your hair, so each and every 4-8 weeks youd merely ought to get a retouch. I reccommend going to a salon and having it finished expert relatively than paying for save offered coloration. additionally, i could draw back from thoroughly black, as quickly because it everlasting black its very stressful to get the different coloration, such as brown. wish this facilitates!
