My husband has had it and the cheep powder type spray you find at Walmart (you know Equate) called antifungal spray powder worked fine. It has worked well for jock itch and keeps him from getting any prickly heat during the summer if applied to sensitive areas after showering. It's a very versatile product.
The active ingredient is Tolnaftate1%

Apply grapefruit seed extract to the infected area, (rub it in good!), right before bedtime, and put a sock on overnight, (assuming that it's your foot we're talking about here), and do this for three nights in a row, (that's how long it took me).
It will be gone!
No fungus, (or virus for that matter), can survive this stuff!
Nothing else I've tried works as well... nothing! (And it's natural too)!

Yes, it is miserable. Over the counter products will relieve the itch and cure the fungus.

yeah.. i had it once on top of a ring worm... and i used... this spray stuff and it worked
