You see, I have gone to physical therapy, and it did nothing for me. I went for a long time too, almost a year, to see if it would work. I do have a relatively active lifestyle, I suppose, in playing with my puppy all the time or out in the pool. I don't really sit around much.

Lordosis is an abnormal spinal curve. They may come from diseases or poor posture. A lordosis spinal curve makes your back sink in , which may make your tummy poke out a bit more. If it looks like you have a pot belly it's because your spinal curvature is not in the correct position, which off sets the body. I hope this helps.

It is caused by a weakness in the psoas muscle, deep core muscle. It is bad news and will make you look terrible when you are old. It is caused by sedentary lifestyle. To correct, do yoga and pilates. do not resign yourself to live with it. You can fix it. Stop sitting and start moving.
