May be strep. Call or go see a doctor. It is treatable but if you miss your window of opportunity you could get very sick and/or die.

The painful white sounds like some kind of infection and if that is what is causing your throat to hurt and your glands to swell, it could be spreading and could get very serious. Don't wait. See your doctor.

you hane somekind of infection, you should call your doctor right a way. you may not think so but dental infections can lead to very serious problems like brain damage or worse.
