The fluid seems to discharge from the penis almost all the time. It doesn't discharge in great quantities, but, it usually leaves a stain on underclothing.

it could be any STD,----the relevant history would be of
1.Recent unprotected Sex with any sex worker/unknown etc(within 9 months)
2.any genital ulcer
3.whitish discharge or pus at the tip of penis
4.Anal Intercourse
5.whitish fluid accompying urine
if any of these things postive consult doctor,n get ur self-VDRL,Hepatitis B n C antibody ,along wityh HIV ELISA done...to identify the illness if any n start up with treatment

it's call pre cu m(seminal fluid), a natural lubricant that some men seems to be able to produce quite a bit and leave others dry. it will generate more usually when one is sexually arouse....
