Has anyone got their mercury fillings removed in the UK?

yes but there has to be a reason for the fillings to be removed.

Reason 1) allergy to mercury/metal

reason 2) cosmetic reasons

reason 3) broken filling

I am getting mine removed in the US cuz I found a dentist who doesn't use mercury cuz he's smart and knows that mercury should be in our mouths...

Ny NHS dentist will not remove mne because it still good. A private dentist may remove for estetic reason.
