I usually sleep around 8 hours or 8 and a half on working days. I used to need just 7 hours of sleep but now I need at least 8 to be fully rested.

Well since its summer and no more college for me until august, i try to get around 9 hrs of sleep every night. And never take a nap during the day unless its an absolute MUST.

During the school year, i aim to get around 5-7 hrs of sleep a night, and possibly an hour nap during the day if need be.

I sleep about 6 hours at night, and a nap in the Afternoon of about one hour- I get up about 5 a m everyday- I plan my day and it seems to work ok.

I take Ambein every other night and so I sleep 10 hours, when I don't take this I am lucky if I sleep 3 hours a night.
