We are having a argument on weather or not eggnog is good or bad for you. ANy answers will be helpful...

Now i've been on a low-fat low-carb diet for exactly 4 months now , i lost a considerable amout of weight (8 Kgs..not much though)..I havent had any free meals within the past 4 months..but yesterday i SNAPPED !!! i was eating like craaaazy !! couldnt stop myself .Now i want to eat everything ( i actually did yesterday ) .
2day i thought maybe i'll feel guilty and stop eating , but no..for lunch im supposed to have grilled chicken and a small cup of veggies , I had an extra cup of lentils soup to go with it :(

I dont know how to control myself , my nutritionist is travelling abroad and i cant reach him AT ALL ..

What should i do ?? im constantly feeling hungry and i dont know how to stop myself ..I dont want to gain weigh t again :'(

ps : plz dont mention eating veggies when hungry , coz they're not working for me !! :S

For the past month I've been having sinus problems in the morning. I wake up with pressure in my ears and sensitivity to sound. I don't really feel stuffy but my eyes are usually swollen and my nose is drippy. Usually by the late afternoon though the symptoms have faded and I'm left with the pressure in my ears. I've washed all my sheets and dusted every square inch of my apartment with no relief. I also went to see my docter and he said that I might be dehydrated. I've tried drinking water and tea before bed and that doesn't help either. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, how do you deal with it?

When a surgeon cut your heads off and put it back with anesthesia so you can't feel the pain and they use Modern Instruments for surgery like that is it possible to do that??

My daughter In 1st year ,after birth, suffered many times from pnemonia. she was always given bi-hourly geramycin &penisclin
injections. Afterword she had sufferings from cold.When she was 6-8 months of age, we noticed that she doesn't respond to any sound.We got her well checked up at many places of repute in India(Hospitals-E.N.T Specialists).Except hearing & speech problem, she's very good at computers, Beauty parlour & perfact in all respects. In latest check-up this month, Though at very high frequencies,There is some hearing in her left as well as right ear.Now she is running 25th year of age. Please suggest the best possible treatment for to become normal at hearing & speech

My health is getting worse...I have had heart surgery and suffer from diabetes. I think that life is great but the pain is difficult to take at times.. When I say this people think I am going to kill myself...I just don't think death can be worse...what do you think?

I think my sin has this, although not diagnosed at present, he seems to be displaying all the characteristics...Today for example, he told his friend to shut the f%*& up, and tied the dog to his green machine as he sped down the road and skidded, breaking her toenails. There was no remorse. Please help, I feel I am lsong control of him and he's only 8! I am thinking of getting a psych evaluation, but not a lot isknown about this disorder here. Any ideas?

I think I have something stuck in my ear. I told my local pharmacist to check it out be he said that he saw nothing, my parents say that its nothing, but I think I can feel it. Is it more psychological than anything else? Is there an easy way to make sure by putting something, like a liquid, into your ear?
