Definitely go to your doctor. It's possibly an STD (if you are too embarrassed to go to your doctor, use Yahoo to find your local sexual health clinic- you can stay anonymous if you want). If you did have ring worm, I imagine your doctor would have already given you something for it. Don't self-diagnose!
Other things it could be- a major allergy to a shower/bath product or maybe your bartholin gland playing up (you'd feel a sore bump on one side- often linked to stress- and the area would look and feel red, a little raw).
Do see a doctor of some description, get tested for STDs and other possible problems (thrush, etc) and if it is something that can be spread by intercourse, get your partner tested also.
In the meanwhile, avoid sex and bath in warm water and use only a gentle non-aggravating soap to clean yourself. Shower products may aggravate you. Also, stick to cotton underwear and avoid anything lacey. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and veg and get lots of sleep in case it is a non-sexual condition (such as a bartholin cyst).

Ring worm is extremely contagious and spreads easily. You should go to the doctor to receive treatment ASAP!
The treatments are anti-fungals, the same that is used to treat athlete's foot, "jock itch", etc. Look for products that contain miconazole. You can probably buy a tube of it at the pharmacy. However, you might need to take anti-fungal medication in a pill form. Your doctor can prescribe that.
Definitely see a doctor soon! Untreated ringworm can lead to more serious problems.
Good luck!

yeah, go to a doctor. you probably have some other disease, but I would still get it checked by a physician in an OPD (Outdoor Patient Department) at any hospital.
